Returns & Warranties

We have a no return policy, which means all sales are final! However, we do offer warranties on all our products except for (DIY) kits!

To be eligible for a warranty you must send us a picture/video of the broken product and a receipt of when you purchased the product.

To start a warranty claim contact us at clayscustomsco@gmail.com. Please note that we donโ€™t cover the shipping cost of the replacement product and shipping cost must be covered before we send a replacement!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
